File properties

For each file the following properties can be viewed and set (if you have the permission):

• File name: Name of file - you can rename the file here.
• Path: By changing the path you can move the file.
• Status: File status (stati are defined by your administrator).
• Description: Free text element for description.
• Author: Uploader
• Last modification: date of last modification
• New version: You can upload a new file version here. See Versions.

Only informational:

• File size limit: The file size limit is defined by your admin, just like:
• Allowed: allowed file types

After a click on the down-arrow you can see the following information:

• Comments
• File logs
• Version history
